Our online store offers several delivery options:

• Courier;
• Self-pickup from the store;
• Parcel lockers;
• Russian Post.

Courier Delivery*

You can order goods delivery using a courier who will arrive at the specified address on weekdays and Saturdays from 9:00 to 19:00. The courier service, after receiving the goods at the warehouse, will contact you and offer to choose a convenient delivery time. They will clarify the address.

You open the package with the courier, inspect it for integrity and compliance with the specified configuration. If it's clothing, a fitting is allowed. The inspection and fitting time is limited to 15 minutes. After that, you can refuse the purchase partially or completely.

Delivery is free for orders over 3000 rubles.

Self-pickup from the Store

You can pick up the goods at one of the stores cooperating with us. A list of retail outlets that accept orders from our company will appear in your cart. When the order arrives in your city, you will receive a notification. You simply go to this store, contact an employee in the checkout area and give the order number. Your friend or relative who knows the order number and the name it was placed under can pick up the purchase.

Parcel Locker

A parcel locker is a terminal with an automated system for storing ordered goods. The convenience is that a person can pick up the order at any convenient time.

How to use a parcel locker:

• When placing an order on the website, you select a convenient parcel locker if such a system operates in your city;
• You will receive a unique code via phone or email, which means the goods have been delivered to the parcel locker;
• You come to the parcel locker, enter the received code and follow the machine's instructions;
• You pay for the order at the parcel locker terminal;
• You pick up the goods.

The storage period in the parcel locker is 3 days, but you can extend it for another similar period. To get more information and extend the storage time, visit our partner'swebsite, enter your order number and phone number and follow the prompts on the website.

Postal Delivery

If courier delivery and parcel lockers are not available in your city, you can order delivery through Russian Post. As soon as the goods arrive, you will receive a notice about the package at your address.

Before payment, you can assess the condition of the box (without opening it): weight, integrity. If you think the order does not match the parameters or the box is damaged, ask the postal employee to draw up an opening report. You can open the box yourself only after you have paid for the order.

One order can contain no more than 10 items and its cost should not exceed 100,000 rubles.
