Rules for the Application of Recommendation Technologies

1. Company , INN (hereinafter — "Information Resource Owner"), OGRN , is the owner of the website http://yoursite.ru (hereinafter – "Site"), which uses information technologies for providing information based on the collection, systematization and analysis of information relating to the preferences of individuals and legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, users/visitors of the Internet (hereinafter – "User") based on the "1C-Bitrix BigData" module.
2. These Rules for the Application of Recommendation Technologies (hereinafter – "Rules") contain a description of the processes and methods of collection, systematization, analysis of information relating to the preferences of Internet users, provision of information based on this information, methods of implementing such processes and methods, as well as a description of the types of information relating to the preferences of Internet users that are used to provide information.
3. The owner of the information resource on which recommendation technologies are applied does not permit the use of recommendation technologies that violate the rights and legitimate interests of citizens and organizations, and also does not permit the use of recommendation technologies for the purpose of providing information in violation of the legislation of the Russian Federation. The owner of the information resource on which recommendation technologies are applied strictly adheres to the principles of confidentiality and security of personal data used within the framework of recommendation technologies.
4. Recommendation technologies — information technologies for providing information based on the collection, systematization and analysis of information relating to the preferences of Internet users located in the territory of the Russian Federation.
5. In all operations when processing the "1C-Bitrix BigData" module, special attention is paid to ensuring the technical security of this data, media, access to databases, etc. For example, even a phone number left by a client is hashed and not used in explicit form.
6. The owner of the information resource provides the Site User with personalized and non-personalized product recommendations. When forming personalized recommendations, information relating to the preferences of an individual user is used based on the "1C-Bitrix BigData" module. When forming non-personalized recommendations, data on products and consolidated information relating to the preferences of relevant groups of other users are used, namely generalized data.
7. The owner of the information resource does not collect information relating to user preferences on other Internet resources for the purpose of forming recommendations.
